Marked against the real rubrics
Calibrated to each syllabus, with its own band descriptors, format checklists and penalty rules. Penalties are capped the way examiners cap them.
Four markers in parallel
Structure and format, language, grade calibration with penalties, and a coach all run at once. You get a predicted grade with a breakdown for each rubric area.
Type, upload or photograph
Paste text, upload a PDF or photograph a handwritten script. Grid paper is detected automatically and crossed-out words are left out of the marking.
A coach, not a rewrite
Each lost mark comes with three hints that unlock one at a time. A full model rewrite comes last, so you write the fix and the coach checks it.
Drills and before / after
Your own recurring mistakes become a two-minute quiz, and a before-and-after view shows the marks your rewrite earned.
A profile across every essay
A five-area profile and a heatmap of the mistakes that keep coming back, with predicted-grade tracking over time.
Students are often children. We treat their writing that way.
Minimo Essay is a web service, so essays are processed on servers we operate, not on the device. That is a different promise from our on-device apps, and we say so plainly.

Drafts, whether written by you or with an AI helper, often read flat and generic. Minimo AI Prose edits a draft so it sounds more natural and more like the person who owns it, and flags the stock phrases that make writing feel machine-made.
