Minimo Auth is developed and operated by Minimo AI. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data.

• No Personal Information: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.
• No Authentication Data: We do not collect, store, or have access to your two-factor authentication codes, secret keys, or account information.
• No Usage Analytics: We do not track how you use the app, which features you access, or how often you use them.
• No Location Data: We do not collect or track your location.
• No Device Information: We do not collect information about your device, operating system, or hardware.
• No Third-Party Tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

2.2 Information Stored Locally

All data generated by the App is stored locally on your device:

• Authentication Accounts: Your two-factor authentication accounts (names, issuers, secret keys) are stored securely on your device using iOS encryption.
• App Settings: Your preferences (biometric authentication settings, widget preferences) are stored locally.
• Purchase Status: If you purchase Widget Pro, the purchase status is stored locally and verified through Apple's StoreKit.

3. iCloud Sync

Minimo Auth offers optional iCloud synchronization to back up your authentication accounts across your devices:

• Your Control: iCloud sync is managed by your iOS device settings. You can enable or disable it at any time in your device's Settings app.
• Apple's Encryption: All data synced to iCloud is encrypted by Apple using end-to-end encryption. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
• Your iCloud Account: Data is stored in your personal iCloud account, not on our servers.
• Apple's Privacy Policy: iCloud data is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy, which you can review at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

4. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

• Local Encryption: All sensitive data is encrypted on your device using iOS's built-in encryption.
• Biometric Protection: You can enable Face ID or Touch ID to add an extra layer of security to the app.
• No Remote Access: We have no servers and no remote access to your data.

5.1 Apple Services

Minimo Auth uses the following Apple services:

• iCloud: For optional data backup and sync (controlled by you).
• StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases (Widget Pro). Apple handles all payment information.
• Siri: For voice shortcuts (all processing happens on-device).

These services are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

5.2 No Other Third Parties

We do not use any other third-party services, including:

• No analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
• No advertising networks
• No crash reporting services
• No social media integrations

6. In-App Purchases

If you purchase Widget Pro:

• Apple Handles Payment: All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Purchase Verification: Your purchase is verified through Apple's StoreKit framework.
• Local Storage: Your purchase status is stored locally on your device.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

7. Children's Privacy

Minimo Auth is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we don't collect any data, there is no risk to children's privacy.

Since we don't collect your personal data, there's no data for us to access, modify, or delete. You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is stored locally on your device. You can view it anytime in the app.
• Delete: You can delete individual accounts or all data by deleting the app from your device.
• Export: You can manually export your accounts by viewing the QR codes or secret keys in the app.
• iCloud Control: You can enable or disable iCloud sync in your device settings.

9. Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account (if enabled):

• Local Data: Remains on your device until you delete the app or manually delete accounts.
• iCloud Data: Remains in your iCloud account according to Apple's data retention policies.
• No Server Data: We don't store any data on our servers because we don't have any servers.

10. International Users

Minimo Auth is available worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, there are no international data transfers to our servers (because we don't have any).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through:

• An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• A notice in the app (for major changes)
• An update in the App Store listing

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA):

• We process your data based on your consent (by using the app).
• Since we don't collect personal data, GDPR data processing requirements are minimal.
